For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including pierced earrings (unless defective). Items marked “final sale” and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. Any non-returnable categories will be noted on the product page where applicable.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
- We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
